Come and join us for our free community WOD at 8:15am this morning!
Team WOD is coming back starting next Sunday. Team WOD at 3:00pm then Yoga with T at 4:30pm and cap it all off with Green Bay Barbell at 5:30pm. This fall, CFGB will be the place to be on Sunday afternoon's!

1.) 30 minutes to find 1RM Snatch and Clean & Jerk
2.) Every 3 minutes for 15 minutes
25 Air Squats
20 Dumbbell Hang Cleans 35/25lb (full)
15 GHD Sit-ups
*3.) 5 Rounds
15 Alternating Sledghammer Swings
10 Handstand Push-ups
