WOD 150914

This week I will be giving you quotes to live by when you are working out at CrossFit Green Bay.
Trying to Snatch and Clean without a good hang position is like trying to drive a car without putting it into gear. You can turn the wheels back and forth, rev the engine and honk the horn but you are never going to get to your destination.

1.) 7 rounds
3 Clean & Jerks 185/120lb
15 cal Row
2.) 21 reps to find 2RM Back Squat
note: Any load under 135lb male, 95lb female does not count towards 21 reps
3.) 5 rounds
10 Handstand Push-ups
15 GHD Sit-ups
5 Chest to Bar Pull-ups
4.) 100 Sledghammer Swings
