Locomotive

Just a friendly reminder to everyone that starting July 1st, attending any Specialty classes (Weightlifting, Gymnastics, Yoga and Pilates) will require the Unlimited Specialty Class membership.
This will not affect any CrossFit memberships/classes/scheduling whatsoever.
If you currently have a Green Bay Barbell membership, it will automatically roll over to the new Unlimited Specialty Class membership ($150 for standalone/$75 if added to a CrossFit membership) and you will have access to many more coached class times as well as all of the other added classes.
We’ve been getting some questions, so here’s a quick FAQ to help out:
What are the new class times?
We’re still hammering out the final schedule, but we know we want 7 or 8 Weightlifting/Barbell classes per week, 3 Yoga, 1 Gymnastics and 1 Pilates. This equates to an average of 60 class times per month.
Do I have to be a member of Green Bay Barbell to do the Weightlifting class? What if I don’t want to compete in weightlifting?
Green Bay Barbell and Weightlifting class are now going to be one in the same. CrossFitters and competitive weightlifters will be doing similar programming geared toward what their goals are for their sports. All Weightlifting class coaches will be USAW certified and able to add extra cues to take your lifts to the next level.
Why does it cost extra?
Well, as stated above, we’re providing 60 coached classes for the month. We purchased $4000 of specialized equipment to lift with and completely revamped the front room to make an awesome Yoga/Pilates studio for our athletes.
How do I sign up?
Let Justin know and he can get the Unlimited Specialty Class membership added to your CrossFit membership and you can start crushing weights, perfecting your bodyweight movements and mobility.
Is there a punch card?
Not yet but we are working on it.

******CORRECTION*********
I made a mistake last night when I posted Jared’s information. He didn’t actually go 4-6 he went 3-6. Hit two snatches and during his clean he retweaked his hamstring. Good thing he’s young and better that he knows this is just a small bump in the road as far as his future (or I think he knows that:) Anyways, Jared I am very proud of you and I look forward to watching and coaching you over these next few years, it’s going to be so fun it’ll be gross. Congrats on your accomplishments, mend that hammy and let’s get back to what is fun, training! P.S. I won’t mess up your stats again or I’ll owe you burpees.

No hearing update from today????

I won.
Grant Soletski 1:41AM on Jun 27, 2017
I know you said punch cards still in works but I would be interested in buying one and sharing with ty. I could only make possibly 3 specialty classes and he could do yoga on the morning offering... keep us posted if you decide to do this!
Hilary Krueger 1:45AM on Jun 27, 2017
Will do and we hopefully should have something set up soon.
Grant Soletski 4:34AM on Jun 27, 2017
If you currently have a Crossfit Green Bay Membership, how much will specialty classes cost me?
Tom Schmidt 3:25AM on Jun 27, 2017
75 dollars
