Air squat/Push ups

Be ready to roll, we will start lifting immediately. We will warm up with a few light sets of shoulder press and back squats. During the WOD concentrate on getting down in the hole and full hip extension on the squat and full lockout on the push ups.

1. Shoulder Press 2 x 5 , 1 x to failur
2. Back squat 2 x 5 , 1 x to failur
3. WOD
