PT at 6:30am, Free Class at 8:15am, CrossFit Kids at 9:15am and WOD at 10:00am.

1. Find 1 rep max thruster. No racks, must be pulled from the floor. Use 75% of your 1 rep max at the weight for the WOD

I woke up with the awareness (and awe) that Eva possesses the unique ability to completely trash both my entire upper body, and my entire lower body. I'll be on the couch today. I guess those thrusters will have to wait! :)
