There is no Pilates this morning T will be cheering her baby boy (or young man if you ask him) Michael down at State Solo Ensemble.  Kick some Viola butt Micheal!

1.) 20 minutes to find 1RM Snatch or Clean & Jerk
2.) The Ghost
6 rounds of:
1 minute of rowing
1 minute of burpees
1 minute of double-unders
1 minute rest
Try for as many reps as possible of EACH exercise, not just total score. Post separate totals of calories rowed, burpee reps and double-under reps completed to comments.
3.) 7 minutes alternating every 30 seconds hollow rock/superman
