Today is the last chance to complete Open WORKOUT 15.5. If you need to get it done or want to redo it please do it during open gym today or please contact Justin or myself to get it done.  We will know if the team and a few master’s individuals will be moving on to the next stage of The 2015 CrossFit Games qualifying process in the next few days.  So we are going to start CFGB’s next phase of training starting today just in case! All are welcome and encouraged to complete all the extra credit while those that make it will be doing it to prepare for their upcoming regional. Train to be the best these next 8 weeks with intensity and focus.  Let’s show the world how good we are here at CrossFit Green Bay.

2 Rope Climbs
50 Air Squats
Note: Air Squats are to be UB. 5 Burpee penalty each time you pause movement
3.) 3 Rounds
ME Strict MU->ME Kip MU (do not exceed 10)
Strict HSPU->Kip HSPU
ME C2B Pull-ups
10 GH Raises
5.) 15 reps Snatch EMOM @ 70%
6.) 50 GHD Sit-ups
