WORKOUT 15.3

Is today the day you get your first Muscle Up? I think you know the answer to that. Good luck to all of you taking this great workout on today. Have fun today and remember you are CrossFit Green Bay and we never stop fighting.

Rx’d
(Rx’d Men, Masters Men 40-44, Masters Men 45-49, Masters Men 50-54, Rx’d Women, Masters Women 40-44, Masters Women 45-49, Masters Women 50-54, Teen Boys 16-17, Teen Girls 16-17)
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 14 minutes of:
7 muscle-ups
50 wall-ball shots
100 double-unders
Men use 20-lb. ball to 10 feet, Women use 14-lb. ball to 9 feet
Scaled

Okay so I have to say this score is something I am absolutely ecstatic about. I really thought I was going to get four reps on this wod, much to my amazement I got 13 almost 14. If any of you know me I am very hard on myself about my movements,I take it very seriously, I no rep myself on a daily basis. This afternoon I got a text from grant saying he missed it because he was so excited cheering me on but some of my mus should have been no repped. That he was sorry he didnt see it and say something then. THAT SUCkS. It makes you question everything. One thing know is my judge counted them, hey grant even counted them. Grants going to post something About integrity. And I know I have it and so does this gym. Its what seperates us from the rest. We are all CRAZY some way shape or form! Next time you see me or others doing something thats a no rep please say it while it is happening please. Im very coachable, Ill try to have it fixed before the next rep. And I know that most people would try that too. Hey thats what makes us better right! And we all want to be the best athletes we can be!!!Ill be redoing this lovely wod (I was planning on it anyway, because hey I drank the crossfit open juice) hopefully I will crush my score so I dont have to worry about counting this for the open. But hey I still got 13 freaking mu in a wod.Im sorry about the long post but I feel like I needed to get this out there. For me all I can think all day is Im not going to the games I will never be the number one girl in the gym. But Im a full time nurse, who guess what did 13 mu In a wod and than literally ran into work. Open or no open. I am better than I was yesterday and thats all that matter. Open or no open. Rep or no rep. And everyone needs to remember that! Be the best that you can be. I apologize again, but I love crossfit
