If you need to complete 15.2 please make your best effort to complete it during open gym or non class time unless you have contacted me already.  If you haven’t contacted myself or Justin you may want to if you need to do it.
That was definitely a fun workout and I’m very pleased with your progress and the determination you showed to get those extra reps to get to that next round.  To those that didn’t get those needed reps you now have a goal.  That’s the greatest thing about this CrossFit Open it highlights our improvement but at the same time it shows us what we need to work on.  Best of both worlds if you ask me!

1.) 5 Rounds
ME Strict HSPU->ME Kipping HSPU, No resting on the dome.
10 Hips to Rings
10 GHD Sit-ups
ME Strict Pull-ups
2.) 7 minutes up the ladder
10 Front Squat 95/65, 135/95, 185/120, 225/155, 275/185
Record only full rounds
3.) 200m Handstand walk or 20 minutes Handstand walk, whichever comes first.
