Not for time- 100 single unders, 20 burpees, 20 plank to forearm push-ups, 20 thrusters (using m16 as barbell), 20 tricep dips, 20 push-ups, 10 one arm thrusters each arm, 20 decline push-ups-- did 100 single unders between each exercise; and then jogged a light mile. 😪
