Regional Nate or Nate

You have the choice of either WOD today. If you are unable to complete strict Muscle Ups or strict Handstand Push Ups the choice is obvious. Enjoy the day everyone!
1.) C&J 60/2, 70/2, 75/2, 80/2, 85/2×1
Note: 20 minutes to accomplish
2.) Regional Nate
10 rounds for time:
4 strict muscle-ups
7 strict handstand push-ups
12 kettlebell snatches 2/1.5 pood 
20 minute cap
