Tuesday

Bad days are bound to happen here and there. When they do happen they shine as bright as the sun. Today the sun of shit was glaring down on me hard. Long story short bad days in the gym happen and it’s really really hard to accept it during the time you are working out. Luckily for me I had to go pick up some flowers for Betsy so I had to leave or you all probably would have saw me spending hours failing bar MU’s and getting my ass handed to me by that dumb clean and jerk. Anyhoo, as I was driving away from the gym this afternoon I realized one maybe a rest day is in order and two that tomorrow is another day. So leave the past in the past and continue to push the present.
Side note, Barbi Gossen is a bouquet arranging angel. Most of you know her but if not she works out of Petal Pushers downtown Green Bay on Broadway. She is the best I’ve seen and boys if you want to make your prettier half beam have Barbi put together some flowers for her. Thank you Barbi!
