Way Nicer

Please join us for our weekly free class at 8:15am. All ages, all shapes and sizes are welcome to join in on the workout. It is worth your while so just get your butts in here!! 
To our teams competing tomorrow at the Gauntlet XXVII, kick some butt! I believe the action kicks off around 9am. I know Chuck and Tyler will be competing in the Men’s Rx and Alyssa and Sam will be doing likewise in the Women’s Rx. If you get a chance stop in at CF De Pere and cheer them on.
