BINGO

So T may have sent me an email on the Lurong workout this week and I may have not read it. The workout may contain exactly what we’ve done the past two days sooooooo anyhoo we will be doing the Lurong on Friday. I do apologize but as a side note if some of you Lurong participants need to get it done tomorrow we will facilitate that. I do apologize and I apologize to T for not reading her email. It will not happen again T.
