4 rounds of pull-up complex (ME wide grip, regular grip, and supinated narrow grip) superset with 25 reps of bench press with 50# dumbbells. 5 rounds of 12 arm curls superset with 12-15 reps of tricep pull-down. 5x15 cable chest fly. Shot hoops in the pool!
