WOD 140120

CrossFit Green Bay Endurance begins today at 8:15am. This program will run for 12 weeks at a time and M,T,Th @ 8:15am S,Su 9:15am Nick Burgraff
CrossFit Green Bay Lite also begins today! 7:30am & 7:30pm. Evening class 7:30pm. This program will also run for 12 weeks. Open to anyone that wants CrossFit but not necessarily as intense as our regular classes. Beginners welcome. Theresa Rosenquist and Alyssa Brault
Both classes are free this week. Online payment options for these classes will be up sometime this week.

3.) 7 minutes alternating every 30 sec. Hollow Rock/Superman
