1.) Snatch – 1 x 3 @ 75%, 4 x 2 @ 80%
2.) Jerk (hold split 3 sec) – 1 x 3 @ 75%, 4 x 2 @ 80%
3.) Clean Pull – 4 x 3 @ 100% (of clean)
