1.) 2 Power Snatch 2 Snatch Push Press 1 Overhead Squat – 1 @ 70%, 2 @ 75%, 2 @ 80%
2.) WOD
5 Rounds
7 Chest to Bar Pull-ups
3 Muscle ups/Burpee Pull-ups
10 Handstand Push-ups
1.) 2 Power Clean 1 Push Jerk – 2 x 1 @ 75%, 2 x 1 @ 80%
2.) Snatch Pull – 95% (of snatch) 4 x 3
3.) 7 minutes Hollow Rock/Supeman alternating every 30 sec.
