10 Bar Facing Burpees

10 Bar Facing Burpees
Power clean into a front squat is acceptable.

Rest 20 minutes

30 Front Rack Lunges 115/85lb (Scale 95/65, Masters 85/55)
30 Thrusters 115/85lb
Row 30 cal.
Lunges will be in place alternating legs.
