2014 Ice Bowl is 3 days away. Registration is closed, we are at capacity but if we end up with a few extra spots due to the heats we will post it. Please email us at info@gbcrossfit.com if you want on that list.
Volunteers and Judges if you did not make the meeting last night please let Justin or I know and we'll get you dialed in.

10 Front Rack Lunge 135/95lb
10 Push Jerk 135/95
 
1.) 1 Clean & Jerk @ 60,65,70,75,80%, rest 90 sec.
2.) 2 Snatch Pulls @ 85,90,95%, rest 90 sec.
3.) 2 Backsquat EMOM for 5 minutes @70%
