On Ramp Begins Today if you haven't already signed up and want in show up either in the morning at 6:15am or evening at 7:15pm. We do have 3 showers if you need to get to work. You can sign up under the Programs Tab.

So you fell off the wagon and now it's too hard to get back on it. Boo hoo. You want to lose fat and get stronger or faster or whatever your goal may be? Then YOU have to do something about it. This is training season are you making the most of it or are you making excuses. You need to set goals and choose a path not 20 different ones that lead you in all different directions but 1.
I'm starting a club the I don't give a shit how hard it is I'm doing it club
Requirements:
$50 Joiner fee
Minimum of 5 days CrossFit per week
No Grains, Sugar, Dairy, Alcohol
Measurements taken every 2 weeks
No effing scales!
Food journal and training log to be kept and handed over at any given time for review
Rules: Follow the above. If any of the requirements are broken (honor policy) you will owe $20 or you can give up your membership. Every $20 added will go into the party fund. All money for that fact will go towards the party.
Included: T-shirt(Troy can you please get me a design ASAP:)
2-3 meetings prior to Team WODs on selected Sundays TBD
Begins Sunday January 19th and concludes with a Party Saturday April 19th the night before Easter.
Meeting on January 19th at 3:30pm prior to the team WOD.
Next on my agenda I have no issue with you doing Outlaw, Spencer, Invictus or whatever you do but if you're going to be a member of CFGB you will do our programming first. I take pride in our programming and put a lot of effort into it. I want to see what the results are good or bad but it's very difficult when everyone is doing their own thing. Open gym is on the schedule use that time for your stuff if need be not during class, no exceptions. If you want to go your own way there are plenty of CrossFit's in Green Bay now and I'll have no hard feelings if you choose that path but CFGB is a team, our team.
Game season is upon us and it's time to focus on our bodies and diets. Do you want it or not?
