WOD 150919

Please join us this morning for the free class at 8:15am. If you want to get better at running, football, baseball, volleyball or whatever you wish to get better at come to this gym. We will make you Good at everything. That has been our motto and the lifeblood of this gym since Oct,1 2010. Our only goal is to make you the best. See you at 8:15am.

1.) 30 minutes to find 1RM Snatch and Clean & Jerk. If you miss 3 times you are done as well as if you hit a PR you are done.
2.) 10 Snatch 135/95lb
20 Toes to Bar
30 Burpees
100 Double Unders

3.) 5 rounds
13 GHD Sit-ups
20 Sledgehammer Swings
