5rds of GHD sit-ups & AirDyne complete in 8:50 / 3rds of 155# push jerks and hip extensions complete. The first round of hip extensions were completed holding a 30# slam ball, 2nd rnd 40#, and 3rd rnd 50# / 25 snatches & 25 C&J complete focusing on perfect form and bar path.
