Squirm

8 slots remain for the 62nd Annual CP Telethon this Saturday night. Every 10 minutes we will be rotating 2 athletes to take on the CrossFit classic “Annie”. 50-40-30-20-10 Double Unders and AbMat Sit-ups with the scaled version being 2 to 1 single unders. We will be participating in the telethon at the WBAY studio for the night. Our honorary judge will be Bret Horkman, our friend that comes every 3rd Friday of the month with ASPIRO. Get your CFGB gear on and show Northeastern Wisconsin the power of CrossFit Green Bay and our members in raising money and awareness to the great things The CP Center does for our disabled friends. The CP Center helps these amazing people overcome the obstacles that they have been born with and they play a vital role in assisting the mentally/physically disabled to have better quality of life.

Note: Start burpee deadlift with KB’s in hands standing up. If there are not enough KB’s use Dumbbells 75lb/55lb
