Zipper

Concentrate on movement first. Even if it slows you down a little bit during a workout. See the thing we forget is every WOD is practice and just like practicing for a sport you need to hone your craft. It just happens to be every movement our bodies do. So if you want kipping pull-ups let a coach teach you during the WOD or you’re falling apart on your snatches and a coach is screaming in your ear to fix your shit. Put the bar down, reset and apply at least one point that was given to you while getting yelled at. When there are movements that you have conquered then it’s time to go and find that redline of the movement and keep getting there every time you do it. You want to get better? Just listen, apply and then destroy everything in your path. This is a good gym errr box, I’m very proud of it and the best part about it is the fact you are all a part of it.
