FacePalm

Remember all movement starts with great posture or piss poor posture. Great posture is the only road to go down if you ever expect to move with precision and accuracy. The latter piss poor posture leads you down a completely different road. A road filled with consistent inconsistency as well as monkey doing not good things to random footballs. Don’t go down that road. Do mobility on parts that are not working as they should in order to attain and maintain great posture. Do it. Ask any coach for suggestions, ask our PT’s from Aurora BayCare or Grant from Howard Chiropractic for guidance. We are all here to help you get back to crushing everything in your path
On another note, if your shoulders are sore and you are aware of this before you come to a shoulder intense workout you should get on a pvc then bar in quick order. Prior to class starting you can get upside down, behind the neck press with 3 sec pause going through 3 point checklist with overhead loads, kip swing, whatever but do something more than sitting on rollers or lacrosse balls. Do all of that stuff right after the workout, while your muscles are warm and in the perfect condition to roll out. Take care of your body and it will return the favor for the rest of your days.

note: Lacrosse Balls, Super nova, Peanuts, Bus Driver whatever you can throw at yourself to increase that important as all get out posture of yours.
