Spring Chicken

Today is the last day of the 2016 CrossFit Open. You can redo 16.5 at any class today. Please try to have a judge lined up and if you don’t have one just check with a coach prior to class and they will connect you with one.
I want to congratulate all that participated in the 1st Annual Cereal Bowl and an even bigger congratulations to Mr. Jamie Zynda on his first place finish.
