Hazelnut

Some days you got it and some days you do not. I feel like that is a common statement with Handstand Push-ups and Pull-ups. Both these movements require proper set-ups no different than
setting up on a deadlift or Squat. Things must be done in order to allow our body to attain the proper
movement. Now I understand that we are not going to be perfect every lift or movement that we do but guess what you can be perfect in your mind. Seeing the movement in your head and then trying to replicate it every time you do that movement. Now we’ve all heard it’s the thought that counts at some point in our lives. Whether these words applied to a crappy Father’s day gift or Christmas present from Aunt Bertha, I have never really pondered the application of these words to your success as a CrossFitter. We as coaches will give you the information, show you how to apply the information to your movement and then during a workout let you know if you’re succeeding or failing what
we have taught you but we cannot see what  actually is being imaged in your head. Know where you’re going and get there all by using that thing that takes up most of your head, your brain. Create consitent movement with consistent forethought to what is you’re doing. Perfect your brain first and then apply that to the task at hand because it really is “the thought that counts.”
Have a great Tuesday.
