Trampled

Well 16.1 is in the books and Thursday at 7pm. Please join us to watch the release of the workout and then be one of the first in the world to take it on.
The 62nd CP Telethon is this Saturday evening starting at 8pm. We are roughly half way filled up with athletes to participate that evening. Please give 10 minutes of your time to raise money for the CP Center through CrossFit Green Bay.

Hip was feeling better today so Grant had me do squats to parallel. Hopefully still feel good tomorrow! Will be going to a new chiropractor this week as well

Tried a little snatch balances but shoulder is a bit jacked up so mobilized it. 12 min AMRAP 20-1 Cal row/GHD sit-ups got through 15's. It was awesome
