Hip was feeling better today so Grant had me do squats to parallel. Hopefully still feel good tomorrow! Will be going to a new chiropractor this week as well

Tried a little snatch balances but shoulder is a bit jacked up so mobilized it. 12 min AMRAP 20-1 Cal row/GHD sit-ups got through 15's. It was awesome
