Happy Halloween everyone!
Dress up in your Halloween costumes for the workout and have some fun with us as we do 31 reps of a bunch of different movements.
On Ramp starts next Monday, so there's still time to sign up!

1. 20 min to find 1RM Deadlift
-Do NOT attempt previous PR, go at least 2# above it, even if you’re very confident
2. Complete 31 of each movement for time:
Hang power snatch 95/65
Pull Up
Handstand Push Up
Hang power clean 135/95
Toes to Bar
Handstand walk (31ft)
Deadlift 185/125
