Alpha WODs For Kids

This Saturday morning’s schedule will work a little differently!
Doors will open at 8am for the Young Life Alpha WODs for Kids event; a fundraiser for all ages to help Young Life kids on their trip to summer camp this year.
Every 20 min, starting at 8:20am, we will be running 15 min AMRAPs all morning, with a 5 min transition time in between. The last round will start at 10:40am. 
There will be 4 different WODs to choose from, all of which can be scaled to the ability level of any athlete. 
When you walk in the doors, you can stretch and choose one of the 4 options of workouts and join into the next round when we start it. 
Volunteers from Young Life, along with 4 Alpha volunteers, will be setting up and cleaning the equipment for you so all you have to do is show up ready to go. 
If you’d like to participate and try multiple workouts, that’s cool too!
The event is free all morning, although we will be selling super cool t-shirts for guys and tanks for girls for $20 each.

Alpha WOD 1 – Juwan:
Row 250m or Run 200m
10 Shoulder to Overhead
30 Plank Hold

Alpha WOD 2 – Emily:
Row 250m or Run 200m
10 Overhead Lunge with Plate
10 Sit Ups

Alpha WOD 3 – Teddy:
Row 250m or Run 200m
10 Kettlebell Deadlifts
10 Burpees

Alpha WOD 4 – Helena: 
Row 250m or Run 200m
10 Box Jumps
10 Ring Rows
