Hope you all had a great weekend. This week we have our Deer Hunter Classic on Friday and the following week Thanksgiving is upon us. We will be doing the Turkey Trot on Thanksgiving and then Clovis the day after a 10 mile run and 150 Burpee Pull-ups partitioned however you wish. You can take it on all your self or you can make up a team and complete the work together. If you want to get a team together and you are new to the gym just ask a coach, we’d love to introduce you to some possible teammates.
