AMRAP 3 Thrusters/BJ/KB

There is not CF Kids this weekend so the regular class at 10am is going to be moved to 9:15am immediately following the free WOD

Scale the weight as needed. If you need to stop to rest during the 3 minutes you need to lessen the load.
