1 HANG POWER SNATCH every minute on the minute for 7 minutes, two minutes rest. Then 1 POWER SNATCH every minute on the minute for 7 minutes, two minutes rest. Finally, 1 SQUAT SNATCH every minute on the minute for 7 minute
Add weight in between rounds as necessary
Post weight per lift.
