Squat/push press/sandbag run

For those that have not yet found their 3 rep max backsquat use today to find it.

Complete all backsquats at 90% of 3 rep max. Next, complete push press adding weight each round and then run 800m with sandbag. Sub 45/25lb plate if sandbag is unavailable.
