WOD 130528

CFGB is closed early afternoon Thursday through Sunday. We will work out a deal with Jason at TitleTown CrossFit so if you’re not headed to Chicago to cheer on our team competing at Regionals you’ll have a place to get your WODs in

*Notes: This should be completed as a complex. The bar should be lowered to the back rack after the Power Snatch, and the Push Presses should be performed with a Snatch grip
