Regional meeting to follow immediately after the Team WOD. If you are planning on going to Chicago in two weeks you should be here for this meeting
Gym will be open at 1:30pm so if anyone wants to work on anything during this time get your butts in here.

25 UB DU’
3 MU’
1 attempt at UB DU. 5 Burpee penalty and then continue from where you left off
Extra credit:
A) 3×10 Strict T2
B) 3×10 Broad Jump
C) 3×10 UB C2
