WOD 130510

Since we are one giant ass gang we will train as one team with our Regional members following The Outlaw Way. It’s going to be intense so pay attention to those details and be ready to kick some ass all the way to regionals. We are going to squeeze an hours worth of work during class and the remainder will be extra credit to be done during open gym time. Also, we are in the process of becoming the most supple leopards around so if you have any body part that is not operating at 100% talk to any of your coaches and we will help un-F you up. I’m proud to coach every one of you and just to let you know I honestly believe you are ALL athletes with the ability to dominate the world

On another note Regional T-shirts need to be ordered by tomorrow at 2pm so if you cannot make it in email or text me and I’ll get your name on the list.

1.) 15 minutes alternating ME L-Sit Hold and Freestanding Handstands (no HSPU)
*Notes: spend roughly 1:30 alternating between each movement
2.) WOD (2 parts
Part 1

100 Double-Under
50 HSPU (regionals standard
40 TT
30 Shoulder to OH 160/100
90′ Walking Lunges (front rack) 160/100
*Regional Team use fat bar
Part 2
4X400m Run – rest 1:1 in between all, all repeats should be at 100% effort
Extra Credit(required for regional team members)
1a) 3X10 Deadlifts @ 70% – rest exactly 2:00
1b) 3X10 Bench Press @ 70% – rest exactly 2:00
*Notes: A and B should be UB touch & go reps
