I get the honor of knowing many Mothers thanks to this gym and you guys are pretty all right. You put up with more shit than anybody (that goes double for Betsy) and keep on going. Mom’s have two options 1. Do the posted WOD 2. Take a special Mother’s Day WOD straight out of Justin’s head! Can’t opt for option no. 1 after you get the WOD from Justin, it would hurt his feelings and that isn’t Motherly:)
