WOD 130605

As of Monday we will officially be starting our 3 on 1 off programming. Every 4th day you will have the option to make up any of the prior 3 days workout. We will test a Run, 2 lifts, Snatch & Clean & Jerk next week to be retested in 6 weeks. So if you want to in on this little experiment show up and get your numbers on paper. Bear with me people. Bellin Run on Saturday, no classes. Anyone running with CFGB we will be doing our annual 25 burpees every mile and weight vest exchange. Info on meet up location will be posted soon.

1.) OH Squat 40 reps, record total weight and time it took to complete. Empty BB does not count towards your total weight. 20 min. cap. Use rack
