This Morning during the free WOD and regular WOD’s Cassie will be  collecting donations for the Alzheimer’s Association’s Blondes vs. Brunettes flag football game that will take place in May. Everyone is welcome to come and get a great workout and support a great cause. Please join our weekly Free Community Workout at 8:15am, open to all. It is a great time and a great way to start your Saturday. Workout and toss The Alzheimer’s Association a few bucks when your done. I know I’ve been personally affected by this disease and know many others in the same boat. Best we figure this thing out as we all have to grow old and it’d be nice to know that we would be able to do it without the potential of Alzheimer’s.
