Mobility & The WODMother

Hey today I changed up the mobility a little bit. Mobility will all be at the end of the workout so when the workout is over 25 minute or 30 minutes in that doesn’t mean it’s time to leave. Coaches will be on the lookout for any slackers and will be leading some usually quite interesting mobility sessions. A few that’s what she said’s thrown around and the occasional Oklahoma. 17.3 released at 7 bells. Be here if you want to be some of the first to enjoy the workout!

(Set up barbell with bumpers prior to starting workout for bar facing burpees)
EMOM for 10 minutes 
10 Kip Swings, hollow to superman keeping toes pointed
7 Burpees to 6″ reach
odd min on Pull-up Bar
even minute Rings
for time:
5 minute cap
21 -15-9
Push-ups
Bar Facing Burpees
10 minute Row for max effort meters
note: this row is coaches time to fix your form so listen tonight to their corrections and compliments
remainder of class is yoga for T’s classes and if the coach doesn’t have a yoga backround remainder of class will consist of coach led mobility.
15 minutes Shoulder Mobility
15 minutes Leg Mobility
15 minutes Thoracic Mobility
15 minutes whatever else you need.
