Diesel

Betsy was filling me in on all the action today for the open. It was as if I was listening to SportsCenter, Betsy was giving me the play by play of the gym. I am so excited that my schedule is clear from here on out for the Open so I will be there on Sunday’s and every other waking second Betsy will let me be there:) Anyhoo, well done everyone I am very impressed with what I’ve seen and heard. Through competition we truly find ourselves the good parts and the bad parts. Build off the good and maybe work a little bit on the bad. I really love this time of year no matter how much my face occasionally shows otherwise. 
The last 21 day challenge just finished up and we’ll know the podium finishers by Friday. The next one will be starting very soon and it’s going to be cool, ask me about it. (at the gym though not via text, not so good at using that texting thing) I’m very proud of you all and look forward to seeing you all this week.
A whole bunch of you asked me about you coming in for 17.2 today and the answer is yes. I’ll be around all day and so will Justin to help you get a few more muscle ups or that first one.
