Tomorrow (Friday) is our first of many Bring a Friend Fridays! If you have a friend or loved one that would like to try out CrossFit at our gym for the first time to see if we’re a good fit for them, we encourage you to bring them to class with you!
We will help them navigate the workout and provide appropriate scaling options based on their ability level.

Just for reference, this is not a free class for the public – that is the intent of our Saturday 8:15am classes. If you are unable to attend the free Saturday classes due to consistent scheduling conflicts, please contact us to see if we can work something out!

Miss Lippy. The part of the story I don't like is that the little boy gave up looking for Happy after an hour. He didn't put posters up or anything, he just sat on the porch like a goon and waited. That little boy's gotta think 'You got a pet. You got a responsibility.' If your dog is lost you don't look for an hour then call it quits. You get your ass out there and you find that fucking dog.

Lateral Raises and Front Raises 4×10 (10 sec, pause on last rep)
