30min amrap. really wanted 10 rounds so I ended up scaling half way thru...and I still went over on time 😀. took about 31 minutes. 10 rds. 250m row. 20 push ups. 5 wall ball ghd. ended up with the last 5 rounds scaled to 15 push ups.
