Drizzle

So if you haven’t seen my name has been erased from the Eat Clean or Die Off board. I had drill this weekend and I may have had a few not so good food options and maybe a dip or two as well. I told a few people today about my cheats and I swear it was like the end of the world and I am back chewing a tin a day again. I will tell you I take it as a temporary setback that is just that temporary and nothing more. Yesterday was yesterday, tomorrow is tomorrow but what you do now is the only thing you control. Admit you screwed up and get your name back up on that board with a fresh start date. I will have my name back up tomorrow and try to make it longer than I did this last time.
