Transition

Day one of the CrossFit Level 2 course for Tyler, Ashley and I was very eye opening to find some of the ways we can become better coaches. 
We’re learning a ton and are positive that our education will be passed on to our athletes!!!
Wish us luck on day 2! 
1.) With a partner:
5 minute AMRAP 
Back Squat 225/155lb, switch every 5
Note: one bar per team and if scaled weight should be conducive to allow for constant movement. Record total load lifted
2.) With a partner:
8 minute AMRAP 
10 Hang Power Clean 115/85lb
5 Bar Facing Burpees
Switch upon completion of Burpees 
rest 3 min.
4 minute AMRAP 
Wallball Shots 20/14lb, switch every 5
Note: Wallball cannot touch floor
Note: record total rounds and total Wallball reps
3.) With a partner:
For time:
150 GHD Sit-ups 
Note: switch every 15 reps and partner not working must hold plank prior to GHD sit-ups commencing as well during.
