Ours

On Memorial Day Monday, East gym will be hosting our annual Murph workout from 8am-Noon, with the last heat of athletes starting at 11am.
The workout is:
Run 1 mile
100 Pullups
200 Pushup
300 Squats
Run 1 mile

Athletes can complete the workout with a partner or group of friends if desired. Athletes should expect to take around an hour to complete the workout if scaling accordingly.

West gym will be closed.

Skill/Strength:
Every 2 min for 5 Rounds
1x [ 2 Strict Press + 1 Pause Strict Press ]
-Start around 60% and add load each round
-Pause for 1 second at eye level

Metcon:
AMRAP 14
7 Toes to Bar
8 DB Hang Squat Cleans 50/35lbs
9 DB Shoulder to Overheads 50/35lbs

Accessory Work:
3 Rounds
:30 Side Plank R/L
:30 Face Down GHD Plank
