Minute on the Minute Clean & Jerk

1. Deadlift 2 x 5 , 1 x failur
Concentrate on those backs during your lifts or the WOD is gonna hurt
2. WO
Warm up will be load the pallets outside with 45lb Again Faster bumper plates and then 25’s and the 15’s for 5 minutes.

Pick appropriate weight (the heaviest you can lift with great form) and clean & jerk it every minute on the minute for 15 minutes. You only have one attempt per minute.
Record weight and successful reps.
