Randy

Day 1 of Lurong Challenge is upon us. Any member of the gym is welcome to join but must be registered by 11:59pm on 9/17/2012 (tonight.) We currently have 30 participants so we are officially registered for the affiliate challenge. Randy is our opening WOD for the challenge. I will discuss make up times throughout the week to everyone for the WOD’s. 9 weeks of no excuses, so toughen up and have some broccoli!

In honor of Randy Simmons, 51, a 27 year LAPD veteran and SWAT team member who was killed February 6 in the line of duty.
Our thoughts and prayers go out to Officer Simmons’ wife and two children.
